The Orpington Primary Care Network (PCN) has launched face-to-face group consultations to support individuals who are at risk of, or living with, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) – including those who may be unaware they have it.
These interactive sessions provide education on CKD stages, safe medication use, lifestyle changes, and ongoing monitoring to slow disease progression. Designed to foster collaboration and peer support, the clinics aim to empower patients to take a proactive role in managing their kidney health.
The session will be led by experienced healthcare professionals, including GPs, pharmacists, nurses, kidney consultants and care coordinators. They will provide expert advice and answer any questions you may have.
