Wellbeing Café

We have a fortnightly drop-in café from 11am-1pm every other Thursday at the Methodist Church in Sevenoaks Road just off the end of Orpington High Street.

This is primarily aimed at the over-80s but retired people of a younger age are also very welcome. There are activities along with a free cup of tea/coffee and cake. Clinicians and/or representatives from local services come and give talks eg from a local pharmacist on how to use the pharmacy service better. There is also bingo and activity classes. One aim is to build friendships to address social isolation and loneliness.

How to attend

Just turn up on the day. No appointment is necessary.
